Contains 1400ppm of fluorine. - Usage / Dose
- Put an appropriate amount in your mouth, rinse and spit out to brush your teeth and gums.
The guideline for the appropriate amount is about 10 mL, up to the line inside the cap.
Rinse well with 20 seconds as a guide.
