- This is an ''egg yolk separation'' tool that allows you to easily separate the whites and yolks of raw eggs.
Made of silicone, designed to resemble a chicken.
Useful when making meringue etc.
[How to use]
(1) Press the swollen part (spring part) of the chicken from both sides to remove the air. Gently apply the suction port to the surface of the yolk.
(2) When you loosen the pressure, only the yolk will go into the main body.
*Please do not tilt the main unit until all the yolk is in it. The yolk will break easily.
(3) Remove the yolk by slowly pushing it out into another container.
