In addition to lactoferrin, shield lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacterium BB536, calcium, medium chain fatty acids, iron, 11 types of vitamins, 7 types of minerals, dietary fiber, and oligosaccharides, you can ingest a balanced amount of nutrients necessary for adults.
Add 20g of Milk Seikatsu to 100ml of water and stir well. It dissolves easily in water and you can enjoy its subtle sweetness.
