- Description
- "Hachimijiōgan" is a herbal remedy formula included in "Jinkui Yaolue," a classic Chinese medical text. It is effective for symptoms such as frequent urination, difficulty urinating, blurred vision, and leg pain in people who tire easily and have cold extremities.
- Storage & Handling
- (1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. (2) Keep out of reach of children. (3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or alter the quality.) (4) Do not take the product after the expiration date. (5) When taking the remaining portion of a divided packet, fold the opening of the bag and store it, and do not take it if more than two days have passed.
- Ingredients
- Each daily dose for adults (3 packets, 1.5g per packet) contains the following ingredients: 2,600mg of Hachimijiōgan extract (1/2 dose), 2.5g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 1.5g each of Cornus officinalis, Dioscorea japonica, Alisma orientale, Poria cocos, and Paeonia suffruticosa bark, and 0.5g each of Cinnamon bark and Aconite root powder. It also contains hydroxypropylcellulose and lactose as additives. [Note regarding ingredients] Because this product uses extracts from natural products (crude drugs), the color of the granules may vary slightly.
- Benefits
- For individuals with moderate to low physical strength, who tire easily, have cold extremities, experience decreased or increased urine output, and sometimes have thirst, this remedy is indicated for the following symptoms: leg pain, lower back pain, numbness, blurred vision in the elderly, itching, difficulty urinating, feeling of incomplete bladder emptying, nocturia, frequent urination, edema, improvement of accompanying symptoms of hypertension (stiff shoulders, headache, tinnitus), and mild urinary incontinence.
- Directions
- Take the following amount three times a day before or between meals with water or lukewarm water. Age/Single dose/Number of doses per day: Adults (15 years and older)/1 packet/3 times, 7 to 15 years old/2/3 packets/3 times, 4 to 7 years old/1/2 packet/3 times, Under 4 years old/Do not administer.
