- 1. Check whether the S or M earpiece fits your ear and attach it to the main unit. Remove the heating element from the aluminum bag immediately before use.
• The back side of S is orange, and the back side of M is green.
2. Insert the heating element into the insertion hole of the earplug body, and push it in so that the heating element fits firmly into the earplug body.
• Make sure that the heating element is fitted into the tab to prevent it from falling off.
3. Hold it in your hand so that the cut part of the main unit is at the back, and place it in your ear.
4. Adjust so that the heating element is in close contact with the hollow of your ear.
