- Take an appropriate amount and apply it evenly and gently to the face and body (Appropriate amount of guide: about 1.5 cm in diameter for the face, adjust according to the part of use for the body).

If the amount used is small, a sufficient UV protection effect cannot be obtained.
To maintain the sunscreen effect, reapply after sweating.
