Boil in a kettle: 700ml-900ml, simmer for about 5 minutes
Put one bag in boiling water and simmer over low heat before drinking. *If you boil it over high heat for too long, it may become bitter.
Cold water brewing: 500ml-700ml, about 1 hour
Put one bag in a water pot, pour in water, put in the refrigerator to cool and drink. If you leave the bag in, it will become thicker, so remove it.
Ice: About 2 hours
After boiling, cool the water, transfer to a water pot or plastic bottle, and chill in the refrigerator before drinking.
