- By wearing the power taping belt crossed on the inside of the elbow, it suppresses excessive stretching and twisting, reducing anxiety when lifting heavy objects.
It compresses the forearm and reduces the strain transmitted to the elbow.
By pressing the pressure pad with a power taping belt and applying pressure to the forearm, the strain transmitted to the outside (tennis elbow) and inside (golf elbow) of the elbow is reduced.
Fixing force can be adjusted.
The power taping belt can be fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener, so the fixing force can be adjusted to suit the usage scene.
