Description
B vitamins are often deficient during stress, illness, drinking too much alcohol, pregnancy/lactation, or eating foods high in fat. If you lack vitamin B2, symptoms such as skin conditions such as rough skin and acne, canker sores, bloodshot eyes, and itchy eyes are more likely to appear on the mucous membranes.
Vitamin B2 regulates the function of sebaceous glands in the skin. Furthermore, vitamin B6 works together with vitamin B2 to improve skin metabolism, and together with nicotinamide and calcium pantothenate, it works to normalize skin and mucous membrane symptoms.

Contains lactose hydrate, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicic anhydride, calcium lactate hydrate, hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), white sugar, talc, titanium oxide, gum arabic, povidone, carnauba wax, and magnesium stearate as additives.
