- Extra Beauty Eyelash Tonic is an eyelash serum that is based on the popular eyelash serum "Eyelash Tonic" and contains lash glow ingredients, eyelash care ingredients, and plant extracts that condition eyelashes.
- Directions
- Please use on clean eyelashes with no makeup removed.
Apply generously and evenly all over the skin from the hairline to the tips of the eyelashes.
Please pay close attention to any areas of particular concern.
When using as a mascara base, wait until the serum is dry before applying mascara. - Ingredients
