(When warming with hot water)
Warm the bag for about 2 minutes by placing it in hot water that has been boiled and then stopped heating, without cutting the seal.
(When heating in a microwave)
Be sure to transfer the contents to a deep container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for about 20 seconds at 500W and about 10 seconds at 600W.
