- Do not add hot water or warm milk to the shaker and shake. Water vapor or internal liquid may spray out and cause burns. This container is not a shaker, so do not fill it with liquid and shake it. Depending on your constitution and health condition, it may not be suitable for you. In that case, stop taking it and consult a doctor or specialist. After opening, close the lid tightly to prevent dust and hair from entering, and store away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and high humidity. Do not put a wet spoon into the container. The protein may curdle and dark particles may be visible in the product. This is a part of the raw material and there is no problem with the quality.
