- ★When boiling
• Put 1 to 2 sachets in approximately 500 mL to 1 L of boiling water, boil for 5 to 6 minutes over low heat, and drink in portions several times a day.
• If you leave the tea bag in the tea bag after boiling, if it becomes too thick, remove it.
• You can drink it deliciously even if it is chilled.
★For teapots
• Put one packet into a teapot, pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes, and drink it to your desired color and aroma.
