- • If necessary, cut according to the guidelines that match your shoe size or the insole you are using.
• If you are using an insole, please remove the insole and use the Dr. Scholl Gel Active TM insole with the gel side facing down.
• If the insole is worn out, please replace it. We recommend replacing it every 6 months.
