- Take the following amounts according to age.
Age: Single dose
15 years or older: 1/2 to 1 packet
11 years or older but under 15 years old: 1/3 to 2/3 packet
Under 11 years old: Do not take.
Take the above amount once a day before bedtime or on an empty stomach.
However, use the minimum amount the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the amount while checking your bowel movements and other conditions. - Benefits
