Description
"Citric acid (crystal) P" is a food additive that contains 99.5% or more of citric acid (crystal).
One lemon or two pickled plums contains about 4g of citric acid.
You can easily make lactic acid drinks and perilla juice with this product.
Precautions
(1) If it gets into your eyes, immediately wash your eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes.
(2) If it gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap and rinse it off.
(3) Please keep out of reach of children.
(4) Avoid direct sunlight and store tightly closed in a cool place with as little humidity as possible.
(5) Please note that if you store the product in a place with rapid temperature changes, such as an extremely hot or cold place, it may form lumps (solidification).

●How to make lactic acid drink
(Ingredients) 300ml milk, 500g sugar, 2g citric acid, 7ml lactic acid, a little essence
1. Put 300ml of milk and 500g of sugar in a pot and heat while stirring well.
2. Once the sugar has melted, turn up the heat and warm it up to 70 degrees, then immediately remove it from the heat and let it cool naturally.
When the temperature drops to 3.45 degrees, add 2g of citric acid and 7ml of lactic acid, mix well to dissolve, add a little essence, and it's ready.
Please dilute to about 4.5 times and enjoy.

●How to make perilla juice
(material)
400g of red perilla leaves, 1kg of sugar, 25g of citric acid, 2L of water
1.Pour water into a pot, bring it to a boil, then add the washed red perilla leaves, bring it to a boil again, turn off the heat, and let it cool.
2. Squeeze out the red perilla leaves, add sugar to the broth, and heat again to dissolve.
3. Once it has cooled down, add citric acid and mix well, the color will turn red and the pigment of the perilla will become more vivid.
4. After it cools down, strain it with a cloth, chill it well, dilute it, and enjoy.
