Every order made by a customer (i.e. you) entails the explicit acceptance of the general conditions described below. If there is any dispute, details as written in Japanese are deemed as accurate.
We will provide products as long as they are in stock. The range of products on offer may be modified due to constraints by the manufacturers, which make the actual products. All rights reserved to the manufacturer of products.
If any product is unavailable and Goodsania is not able to provide alternative products of similar quality and price, the purchase cost will be refunded to the customer.
If the product is temporarily unavailable, we will let the customer know about the expected delay by email.
Product descriptions in Japanese are provided by the manufacturers.
Translated descriptions are only for reference. Goodsania is not responsible for the contents of these Japanese instructions or translations.
The products as provided “as is” without representation or warranties of any kind. Goodsania explicitly does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or results of the use of products.
If the delivered product does not match the description on our website, the customer has 48 hours (from delivery time) to inform us about it.

Firstly，join our membership. When you click on the "confirm" my order button after the process of order, you state to fully accept this one as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale and without reserve.
The checkout process consists of 5 successive steps: order list confirmation, billing address (and/or shipping address), shipping choice, payment with credit card and confirmation.
The customer will be provided with the possibility of changing any details in his order before final confirmation or shipment.
We will send over an email with your order information to confirm.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
1)All product prices listed on our website are based on Japanese Yen Prices.
2)Product price displayed in foreign currency (Other than Japanese Yen)
Please note that the foreign currency prices indicated on our website are in reference to the Japanese Yen product prices. Hence, the product prices may be adjusted price up or down in response to currency exchange fluctuations. Therefore, please note that the amount billed to your international credit card may slightly differ from the displayed product price due to individual banks’ daily foreign exchange rate differences.
3)Shipping and handling charges (included taxes which depend on countries) are not included in the listed price. Shipping charges are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and to custom fees in the country of delivery. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility. For more information, please read the Our Shipping And Delivery Policy page or refer to your national custom official site.
Discount codes provided by Goodsania are valid only if they can be applied in the purchase before payment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is processed, your purchase will be dispatched within 3 to 6 working days. (We regret that during Covid-19 period, the shipping timeline is extended.)
Orders placed by Tuesdays 10am JST are generally shipped by Friday the same week, depending on stocks availability. Orders placed after Tuesdays 10am JST are shipped by the following Friday, depending on stocks availability.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes information such as tracking number, at that time.
All products are dispatched from Japan by SAL(Economy air shipping), Standard shipping, airmail or EMS(Express Mail Service).
Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change as natural and human sources may affect delivery times
For most countries and regions, we offer free delivery service for order purchase amount of JPY 12,000* or more.
This designated amount may vary by region.
International Free Shipping from purchase above JPY12,000*.
A shipping fee will be charged for orders less than JPY12,000. Shipping fee and promotions are subject to change from time to time as updated accordingly to our system.

EMS shipments (express or priority): customers are responsible for their order's online tracking (the tracking number is included in the order confirmation). Sometimes, carriers cannot deliver a parcel (for instance, due to the size of the mailbox), in that case, customers may have to contact carriers directly.
Goodsania will not be responsible of the return of a parcel which could not been delivered.

RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven days from the date of goods received to return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. Products to be returned must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
Beauty, health supplements, hygiene products, medicines, skin care, cosmetic products are ineligible for return or refund as there are health and hygiene concerns. Every inquiry must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Indicate what you are returning and why. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
Initial shipping fees will also be withdrawn from the total refund value (in case of a free shipping promotion).
In case of damaged products, please contact customer service at email@example.com and send pictures of the broken item with the order number.
Customers can cancel an order before it is finally shipped out (please contact us as soon as possible). However, no cancellations or request for refunds can be accepted after the order is shipped out as packages cannot be retrieved after shipping. We look towards your understanding on this difficulty.
We try to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete, and that the photographs clearly indicate the shape, color and so on of each item within our constraints.
Because orders are shipped internationally, exchanges cannot be made due to customer error (please see Our Shipping And Delivery Policy page regarding insured shipping), so please order carefully!
Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying Customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country.
If the customer refuses to pay those taxes, the package will be returned back to us.
We will then refund you the amount of the order, after having withdrawn the shipping cost at actual rate that we have been charged by the carrier, and the shipping cost of the return of the package to us.
Goodsania will refund the customer after having received the items back in good condition, minus any damages or losses incurred such as shipping fees or any other charges or costs incurred.
The refund will be proceeded on the same account that was used for the purchase (or a voucher code, in line with the customer's wish). Initial shipping fees will also be withdrawn from the total refund value (in case of a free shipping promotion) and shipping fees for paid shipping orders cannot be refunded as such fees are directly paid to the logistics companies. Goodsania reserves the right to decline refund for returned items in improper condition.
Goodsania is not responsible to refund for packages which are stated as delivered at destination by third party logistics partner as shown on tracking information but customer claimed did not receive for various reasons including theft, customer change in address, customer wrong address stated, retained by customs office etc.
The company Three Cube CO. is subject to Japanese law. Within those confines, we will try to satisfy our customers as much as we are able.
In the case of disputes, terms and conditions stated on this website takes precedence over any other forms of communication or correspondence with Goodsania.
In the event of complaint or difficulties, the customer can contact Goodsania customer service for help in finding an amicable resolution.
