- This baby milk lotion contains Pigeon Natural Moisture*, an ingredient similar to the skin's natural moisture, which immature baby skin tends to lack. Weakly acidic, similar to baby's skin. A milky lotion that spreads easily and is not sticky. Recommended for all seasons with a moderately refreshing feeling! Tested for skin irritation by a dermatologist. (This does not mean that all people will not experience skin problems.) A simple product that is good for your skin.
