In addition to lactoferrin, shield lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacterium BB536, calcium, medium chain fatty acids, iron, 11 types of vitamins, 7 types of minerals, dietary fiber, and oligosaccharides, you can ingest a balanced amount of nutrients necessary for adults.
Add 1 Milk Seikatsu Stick (20g) to 100ml of water and stir well. It dissolves easily in water and you can enjoy its subtle sweetness.
Not only does it provide nutrients that are not found in milk, but it is also easy to store as it can be stored at room temperature.
You can add it to green juice or coffee, or mix it with yogurt!

- 1. Put 1 stick (20g) in a cup.
2. Add about 100mL of water or hot water and stir well.
