- (1) Wear your pants to below your knees to prevent them from curling up, and insert them until the pads touch the bottom.
(2) Hold the one-touch tape and lightly press the front and back of the pad against the pants.
(3) Stand up and slowly pull up your pants. There is no need to repair the pad as it does not curl up.
• There is no front or rear pad. Please use it as is without removing the tape.
• Please be careful not to let the one-touch tape touch your skin directly.
• When removing the pad, carefully peel off the one-touch tape on the front and back before removing it.
• Please place the pad inside the three-dimensional gathers of the pants. When inserting the pad, insert it all the way into your pants, then secure it to your pants with tape. - Country of Origin
