- • Wear it before going to bed and take it off when you wake up the next morning.
• If you are not used to socks with support, they may feel tight at first.
• If you are using the product for the first time, please try it 1 to 2 hours before going to bed.
• If you feel uncomfortable, please take it off immediately, stop using it at bedtime, and try another day. - Storage & Handling
