- (1) First, make a mouth guard that matches the shape of your teeth. (See below)
(2) Chew about 10 to 20 times a day while wearing it once a day to get used to it.
(3) Wear and use while sleeping.
<Make a mold that suits you.
(1) Prepare a container to hold the mouthguard and fill it with hot water of about 70 to 80 degrees.
(2) Put it in so that the entire mouthguard is submerged.
(3) After about 20 to 30 seconds, remove it with chopsticks to avoid getting burned.
