- Rooibos tea is rich in minerals. This tea comes from South Africa and has recently become famous as being useful for dieting. The taste is characterized by a mild flavor that makes it easier to drink black tea.
Since it is caffeine-free, it is also recommended for children and pregnant women.

- Put the tea bag and water in a kettle and bring to a boil. As a guide, the amount of water per tea bag is approximately 600cc. Once it boils, turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes with the lid on. You can drink it hot as it is, or have it iced in the summer. You can also put a tea bag in a tea server or teapot and pour boiling water over it.
