It's easier to put on the pad after pulling the paper pants up to your knees.
Without removing the anti-slip tape (blue tape), fold it in half and insert it so that it fits between the gathers of the paper pants.
Spread the pad front and back and lightly press the taped part against the paper pants to secure it. Pull up your paper pants. (You can reposition and adjust the position as many times as you like.)
• We recommend Attento pants type paper pants to be used together. (Atent pants type is sold separately.)
