How to Use
Please add 10g per day to the following and enjoy. (1 tablespoon) <For drinks>
• Soft drinks (water, juice smoothie, honey lemon tea, tea, etc.)
• Alcohol (water, hot water, amazake, beer, wine, shochu, whiskey, alcohol, etc.)
• On hot days, put it in a 300-500mL plastic bottle, make it the day before, store it in the refrigerator, and drink it on the same day.
<For topping>
• Salad, yogurt, soup, miso soup, sauce, sauce, aemono, vinegared food, dressing, jelly, namul, tofu (hot/cold), natto, tsukudani, etc.
