How to Use
(1) As shown in the diagram (see product package), attach the pelvic belt part one fist width below the most protruding part of the left and right hip bones. When installing, please adjust the fixing force to suit you.
(2)Finally, adjust the auxiliary belt to an appropriate fixing force and fasten it.
<Even more effective! Yamada style basic waist rotation exercise>
(1) Stand on a flat floor with your feet about shoulder width apart.
(2) Place your hands on your hips and rotate your hips horizontally in a circular motion.
(3) Rotate slowly as if the axis is at the center of your body.
(4) Perform clockwise and counterclockwise rotations about 50 times each in one exercise. Usually, please do this at least once in the morning and evening.
