- How to Use
- The contents may be precipitated, so shake it gently, open the cap, and pour according to the scale line inside the cap (approximately 10 mL per serving).
Put it in your mouth, rinse it out for about 20 seconds, and then spit it out.
No need to rinse with water after use.
It is most effective when used after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening (twice a day).
