- How to use (1) Opening (how to remove the sheet) Hold one side of the bag and pull the top of the perforation to open it. (2) Soak (soak in water) With dry hands, remove the sheet (1 sheet) from the bag and quickly soak the entire sheet in water. (Soaking time: about 1 second) (3) Put it on (Put it on your dentures) Place the wet sheet on your well-washed dentures with the pink side facing the dentures, and smooth out the wrinkles with your fingers. (4) Cut (cut the sheet of paper that comes out from the dentures) Align it so that the pink side is facing the dentures. Use scissors to cut off the part that protrudes from your dentures. Cut the sheet to match the edges of the dentures so that there are no gaps between the gums and the dentures. (5) Biting (clenching) Wear your dentures and chew them thoroughly until they are stable.
