- In traditional Chinese remedy, symptoms such as swelling, headache, dizziness, and diarrhea that are common during a hangover are considered to be caused by "water retention" (sui), where "water" stagnates in the body. The herbal remedy "Goreisan" is recommended for people whose faces become swollen the day after drinking alcohol, those who often experience stomach upset after drinking alcohol, and those who don't go to the toilet as often when drinking alcohol. Generally, many people have experienced feeling "uncomfortable because the alcohol won't leave their system" or having a "swollen face" the day after drinking too much alcohol. These symptoms occur because the body has consumed more "water" (alcohol) than it can process. "Goreisan" is a product remedy that enhances the body's functions and helps to expel excess "water" (sui) from the body. Because it only eliminates excess "water," this herbal remedy is effective when there is a temporary accumulation of unnecessary "water" in the body, and is suitable for people who experience symptoms such as thirst and decreased urine output. In addition, "Goreisan" is an herbal remedy used for various types of edema (swelling), acute gastroenteritis, diarrhea, heatstroke, and nausea.
- Storage & Handling
- (1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. (2) Keep out of reach of children. (3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or alter the quality.) - Ingredients
- Each daily dose for adults (3 packets, 0.8g per packet) contains the following ingredients: Goreisan extract (1/2 dose)...1000mg (extracted from Alisma orientale 2.5g, Polyporus umbellatus, Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala 1.5g each, and Cinnamon bark 1.0g). It also contains hydroxypropylcellulose and lactose as additives.
