- Estimated amount to use: Dispense an appropriate amount (about 1-3mL) onto a wet sponge. Adjust depending on the dish, amount and type of dirt (1 teaspoon is approximately 5mL). Wipe off excessive dirt with paper, etc. before using detergent. If you are concerned about the cap getting dirty, press the cap closed and wipe it off with a sponge before use. [Disinfecting the sponge] Lightly wash and wring well, apply enough undiluted solution (approximately 8 mL) to cover the sponge, let it penetrate evenly, and leave it aside until next use. It does not eliminate all bacteria. When the detergent inside runs low, it's time to refill.
