Description
Nasal drops specifically for hay fever (seasonal allergies).
A nasal spray containing fluticasone propionate (steroid) works directly on the nose for nasal congestion, nasal congestion, and sneezing.
Precautions
●What not to do
(If you do not follow these guidelines, your current symptoms may worsen or side effects may occur more easily.)
1.Do not use the following people
(1) Persons who have received the following diagnosis.
Systemic mycosis, tuberculous disease, recurrent epistaxis, infection
(2) People whose nostrils become suppurative (pus accumulates due to infection of the hair roots, causing pain and swelling).
(3) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or fluticasone propionate preparations.
(4) Persons under the age of 15.
(5) Pregnant women or people who appear to be pregnant.
(6) Persons who have used steroid nasal spray for more than 3 months in the past year.
2.Do not use this drug for more than 3 months in a year, including the period of use of other steroid nasal sprays.
(If you need to use it for more than 3 months, please consult an otorhinolaryngologist as it may be due to another disease.)
3. Do not use this drug together with other steroid nasal sprays. However, if your doctor has product it to you, please follow his instructions.
●Consultation
1.The following people should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
(1) Persons receiving treatment from a doctor.
(2) Persons receiving allergy treatment such as desensitization therapy.
(3) People who have pain in the head, forehead, cheeks, etc. and have yellow or green nasal discharge (infectious sinusitis).
(4) People who are breastfeeding.
(5) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to remedies, etc.
(6) People who are unsure whether their symptoms are due to seasonal allergies or other causes.
(7) Elderly people
(8) People with hypertrophic rhinitis*1 or nasal congestion (nasal polyps)*2.
• 1: Feeling heavy around the nose, with a small amount of mucous or yellow or green nasal discharge.
• 2: Symptoms include stuffy nose, nasal voice, and feeling of a foreign body deep in the nose.
(9) Persons receiving long-term or high-dose systemic steroid therapy.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, it may be a side effect, so please stop using it immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet.

Nosebleeds can also occur when you blow your nose too hard, but if you have frequent nosebleeds or scabs form inside your nose, it may progress to nasal septum perforation, so stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor. (Nasal septum perforation is a hole in the wall inside the nose that separates the left and right nasal cavities (nasal septum). Symptoms include scabs around the nostrils, repeated nosebleeds, and a whistling sound when breathing.)
In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In that case, please see a doctor immediately.

Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after use, symptoms such as itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and clouded consciousness may occur.
3. If you experience any unusual symptoms, such as pain in your head, forehead, or cheeks, or yellow or green nasal discharge after use, immediately stop using the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet (other diseases may be occurring concurrently).
4. If your symptoms do not improve after using for about 1 week (up to 4 times a day (total of 8 sprays) in each nasal cavity), please discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet.

Directions
In general, spray the following amount into the left and right nasal cavities.

●You may use it up to 4 times a day (8 sprays), but please wait at least 3 hours between uses.
●If your symptoms improve, please reduce the number of times you use it. You may increase the number of uses if your symptoms worsen again.

[Precautions related to usage and administration]
(1) This drug contains fluticasone propionate (steroid), so if you use it in excess or incorrectly, you may be more likely to experience side effects, so please strictly follow the product usage and dosage.
(2) Please use only for nasal spray.
(3) If you smell it when using it, please rinse your mouth.
[How to use]
When to start using a new sprayer
When using for the first time, shake well and press firmly 7 times to make sure the liquid is completely misted. This operation is not necessary from the second time onwards.
1. Before using the remedy, blow your nose to make your nasal passages as clear as possible.
2. Remove the green cap and shake the container well.
3. Tilt your head downwards, hold the container vertically, insert the tip of the container into your nostril, push it up until it stops, and spray once. Do the same for the other nostril.
4. After spraying the remedy into your nose, look up for a few seconds and breathe slowly through your nose to ensure that the remedy goes deep into your nose. Do not blow your nose at this time.
5. After use, wipe the tip of the container clean, be sure to put on the green cap, and store the container upright at room temperature.
●Before use, remove the green cap and shake the container well.
●Insert the nozzle (tip of the container) straight into the nasal cavity and spray, making sure not to point towards the nasal septum*.
In particular, right-handed people tend to face the right nasal septum, and left-handed people tend to face the left nasal septum, so be careful.
• Nasal septum:
A septum inside the nose that separates the nasal cavity into left and right sides. This is to prevent the remedy solution from splashing on the nasal septum as much as possible.
●Do not spray with the container facing down or sideways.
●Pressing too weakly may cause liquid to drip.
●Please be aware that if the tip of the container comes into contact with nasal secretions, the drug solution may become contaminated.
●Please do not poke the tip of the nozzle with a needle, etc. as this can be very dangerous if the chemical solution does not come out properly or if it breaks.
Storage & Handling
(1) Store capped in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Please keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or change in quality.)
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use products that have passed their expiration date. Also, even if it is within the expiration date, please use it as soon as possible after opening.
(6) This product is made in a glass container, so please handle with care to avoid impact.
