- Colac II is effective against constipation because it contains DSS (docusatellite sodium sulfosuccinate) that absorbs moisture into the stool to soften it, and bisacodyl directly stimulates the large intestine to increase its movement.
The dosage can be adjusted according to the condition of bowel movements. - Usage / Dose
- Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach).
However, use the minimum amount the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the amount while checking bowel movements and other conditions.
