Description
Pyron PL Granules Pro is a non-pirin cold remedy that is highly effective against cold symptoms such as sore throat, fever, and runny nose due to the action of four active ingredients: salicylamide and acetaminophen, which are antipyretic and analgesic ingredients, promethazine methylene disalicylate, which is an antihistamine ingredient, and anhydrous caffeine, which helps suppress pain.
Storage & Handling

(4) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
Ingredients
Contains the following ingredients in 4 sachets (1g x 4, adult daily dose).

Directions

2.Do not use any of the following remedies while taking this drug.
Other cold remedies, antipyretic analgesics, calming, antitussive expectorants, oral remedies containing antihistamines, etc.

3. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this remedy (you may feel drowsy)
4.Do not drink alcohol before or after taking the drug.
5.Do not use it for a long time.

Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the drug, symptoms such as itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and clouded consciousness may occur.
Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sore lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. that persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Symptoms include widespread redness of the skin, generalized rash, fever, malaise, and swelling of the lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.).
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling sick and dizzy, and bloody urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden onset of high fever, chills, and sore throat.
Thrombocytopenia: A decrease in the number of platelets, a component in the blood, causes bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, bleeding from the gums, and bruising.
Asthma: wheezing, whistling, and difficulty breathing when breathing.
Interstitial pneumonia: When you climb stairs or push yourself too hard, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, and fever, which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may occur.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in joints), diarrhea, etc. may occur.
Rhabdomyolysis: Pain in the muscles of the limbs, shoulders, and lower back, numbness in the limbs, weakness, stiffness, general malaise, and reddish-brown urine.
Glaucoma attack: Eye redness, eye pain, blurred vision, headache, and nausea suddenly appear.
