- This is a lactose-free milk (breast milk substitute food) for children who experience diarrhea or abdominal pain when drinking regular infant formula. We take great care not to contain lactose for those with lactose intolerance or galactosemia. Contains lactoferrin, which is abundant in breast milk (especially colostrum) and is said to be an important protein for the health and growth of infants. Contains a well-balanced combination of 5 types of nucleotides found in breast milk. In addition to adjusting the amount and balance of 12 types of vitamins and 8 types of minerals that are important for a baby's development, it also contains appropriate amounts of β-carotene and inositol. We have taken care to suppress the osmotic pressure of the formula to avoid causing hypertonic diarrhea.
