- Shakuyaku-kanzo-to is a traditional Chinese remedy used for sudden muscle spasms causing severe pain, as well as leg cramps (calf cramps) that occur during exercise or sleep. It is also suitable for lower back pain and muscle cramps that occur due to sudden exercise after a period of inactivity, or when fatigued. In traditional Chinese remedy, muscle cramps and pain are thought to occur when there is a temporary deficiency of "Qi" and "Blood," and the muscles do not receive enough energy and nutrients. In particular, leg cramps that tend to occur after strenuous exercise and heavy sweating, or during sleep, are related to this imbalance. Shakuyaku-kanzo-to works by replenishing the deficient "Qi" and "Blood" and relaxing muscle tension, thereby calming sudden cramps and pain. A notable feature is that, because it suppresses muscle spasms, it can also be expected to be effective in improving symptoms such as abdominal pain and lower back pain. This remedy should be taken as needed when you experience pain, regardless of your physical condition. Avoid long-term use.

- Benefits

- Directions
- Take the following amount three times a day before or between meals with water or lukewarm water.
